Word 3 (January 22nd, 2011)

The word this week is refuel. I chose this word because this has been what I have been taking time to do all week. School will be starting here very soon, and so it is essential to me to make sure that I am rested and start the semester off with as little amount of stress as possible. When I am in classes I get little to no sleep most nights. This semester will be different though, I am going to make sure that I take good care of myself, and accomplish all of my work in a good amount of time :) This winter break I learn a lot about myself, and how to keep the stress levels down :) I hope that this stays with me while I am in classes :D Have you taken some time to refuel this week?
